Are you a seasoned risk and regulatory expert with deep FinTech

supervision experience? Here's a rare opportunity to shape the

future of FinTech regulation.

We are sourcing on behalf of a top-tier global consultancy for a

Team Lead to spearhead the design and implementation of a

Risk-Based Supervision (RBS) framework for FinTech entities.

🎯 What You'll Lead:

✅ Design a comprehensive RBS framework covering payments,

digital lending, crowdfunding & tokenized assets

✅ Develop KRI libraries, risk scoring models & aggregation frameworks

✅ Oversee automated Power BI dashboards for real-time risk monitoring

✅ Lead workflow automation (TeamMate) for alerts & escalations

✅ Drive compliance monitoring system integrated with RBS framework

✅ Deliver inspection playbooks, SOPs & training to Central Bank staff

✅ Lead a team of 3 Senior Consultants end-to-end

💼 What We're Looking For:

🔹 10+ years in financial services risk management

🔹 Proven experience DESIGNING & IMPLEMENTING RBS frameworks

🔹 Deep knowledge of FinTech business models & associated risks

🔹 Strong understanding of AML/CFT, operational resilience & governance

🔹 Central bank or regulatory authority background — highly preferred

🔹 CFA / FRM certification — strong advantage

📍 Location: Doha, Qatar (on-site, full-time)

⏳ Duration: 12 months minimum and extendable
