Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies (job boards, social media, referrals, networking).
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and provide regular reports.
- Collaborate with HR team on employer branding initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment tools, and best practices.
- Drive initiatives to strengthen the company’s employer brand through social media campaigns, career fairs, and university partnership
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates and maintain talent communities for future opening
- Implement strategies to attract diverse talent and ensure inclusive recruitment practices
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rate) to optimize processes.
