Job Title: Performance Rewards and Compensation & Benefits

Location: Chennai

Exp Range: 1-5 Years

Only Work from Office (No Hybrid, No Remote, No Work from Home)

Shift Timing: Should be comfortable with night (US) & Rotational Shifts

Eligibility:

• Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

• Should be flexible with night shifts & rotation shifts


Education / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Strong understanding of the Human Resources domain, with specialized exposure to compensation, benefits administration, and performance reward frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations related to compensation and benefits analytics.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR policies, payroll processes, and compliance requirements, particularly for compensation and benefits programs.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) for managing compensation transactions, benefits enrollment, and generating analytical reports.

Ability to interpret compensation data, benchmark salary structures, and support audit readiness for C&B processes.


Work Experience


  • 1–5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with strong expertise in compensation and benefits administration within a corporate environment.
  • In-depth understanding of Singapore-specific HR policies, statutory requirements, and compliance standards related to payroll and benefits.
  • Proven ability to manage complex compensation processes, including salary revisions, bonus calculations, incentive payouts, and benefits enrollment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Skilled in HR data management, maintaining detailed employee compensation records, payroll inputs, and generating analytical reports with high attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, iGROW) for processing compensation transactions, updating employee data, and ensuring system accuracy.
  • Ability to coordinate with payroll teams and external vendors, manage employee queries, and ensure timely resolution through ticketing systems.
  • Exposure to benefits administration platforms and vendor management for insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for compensation analysis, dashboard creation, and reporting for leadership reviews.
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs, compliance protocols, and audit readiness to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory guidelines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear interaction with employees and stakeholders regarding compensation and benefits queries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel, for compensation analysis, payroll data validation, and reporting.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining compensation records and benefits documentation.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and tools (e.g., Workday, iGROW) for processing compensation transactions and updating employee data.
  • Knowledge of SOPs and compliance protocols to ensure adherence to organizational and statutory guidelines for payroll and benefits.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and maintain compliance with Singapore HR regulations.




Key Job Responsibilities


  • Review, validate, and oversee complex compensation and benefits transactions, including salary revisions, bonus payouts, incentive processing, and benefits enrollment, ensuring compliance with Singapore HR policies and statutory requirements.
  • Execute and monitor compensation and benefits processes in alignment with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and organizational guidelines, maintaining data integrity, confidentiality, and audit readiness.
  • Maintain and update employee compensation records in HR systems such as Workday, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry for payroll and benefits administration.
  • Handle escalated employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and performance rewards through ticketing systems, ensuring prompt resolution and professional communication.
