We are working with a a leading Web3 security company that has secured 1500+ protocols across 25+ chains.


The company work with protocols, ecosystems, DeFi teams, RWA projects, stablecoin companies, L2s, infra teams, and companies building with smart contracts across Solidity, Rust, Move, and other blockchain environments. They are evolving from a smart contract audit firm into a full lifecycle Web3 security partner.


The security stack includes:

AI Powered Code Review

Manual Smart Contract Audit

Fuzzing + Invariant Testing

Formal Verification

Protocol Surface Pentesting

We are now hiring 2 Security GTM Engineers to help us build a stronger global revenue engine.


Role Overview

You will help founders, CTOs, protocol teams, and ecosystem leads understand where their protocol can break before attackers do.


The role sits at the intersection of:

Web3 business development

Technical sales

Security consulting

Founder facing communication

Outbound pipeline building

Revenue ownership

You should be able to research a protocol, understand its security risk surface, identify the right buyer, write sharp personalized outreach, start serious conversations, and help move opportunities toward revenue.


What You Will Own

Build and manage a qualified pipeline of Web3 protocols, DeFi teams, RWA projects, stablecoin companies, L2s, infra projects, wallets, bridges, and blockchain ecosystems.

Identify strong buying triggers, including mainnet launch, token launch, recent funding, audit requirement, grant program, exploit in category, bridge launch, governance upgrade, or stablecoin​/​RWA rollout.

Reach out to founders, CTOs, technical cofounders, heads of engineering, ecosystem leads, and protocol operators.

Run founder level discovery conversations and understand protocol security needs.

Position QuillAudits multi layer security stack clearly against normal audit firms and cheaper vendors.

Work with internal audit, security, and founder teams to prepare proposals and follow ups.

Use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, X, CRM, and research workflows to improve speed and quality.

Maintain clean CRM data i.e Pipedrive, follow up discipline, and clear opportunity tracking.

Build repeatable outbound playbooks by vertical, including DeFi, RWA, stablecoins, L2s, infra, wallets, bridges, and ecosystem grant programs.

Help QuillAudits become the most trusted security partner for serious Web3 teams.


Who We Are Looking For


You may be:

A Web3 BD or ecosystem operator with 2 to 3+ years of experience.

An ex-founder who failed, learned sales, and still has fire.

A Web3 devrel person who wants revenue ownership.

A smart contract developer who is more social than most engineers.

An audit contest participant who can communicate clearly.

A protocol partnerships person from an L2, DeFi, infra, security, or devtools company.

A high agency operator from India, LATAM, SEA, Eastern Europe, or any global market with strong Web3 exposure.

Someone with strong X ​/​ LinkedIn presence, or the ability to build one fast.


Must Have

Strong understanding of Web3, DeFi, smart contracts, protocol launches, and crypto founder psychology.

Ability to understand Solidity basics, DeFi primitives, stablecoins, RWA, L2s, bridges, wallets, staking, and governance.

Founder level written and spoken English.

Ability to write sharp personalized outbound messages.

Strong research skills.

High agency and ability to work without daily micromanagement.

Strong follow up discipline.

Comfort with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems.

Hunger to create revenue, not just activity.

Ability to learn QuillAudits security stack deeply and explain it simply.


Bonus Points

Existing relationships with Web3 founders, protocol leads, ecosystem teams, investors, auditors, or devrels.

Prior experience selling to technical buyers.

Prior experience in security, devtools, infra, audits, or blockchain ecosystems.

Experience attending Web3 events and converting relationships into opportunities.

Strong public writing on X or LinkedIn.


You Will Not Succeed Here If

You expect warm leads to be handed to you.

You think selling Web3 means blasting 1,000 generic Apollo emails.

You need a manager to tell you what to do every day.

You are starting from zero in Web3.

You only know CEX listings, KOLs, token marketing, or community hype.

You say “I have a strong network” but cannot prove it.

You cannot explain a technical product simply.

You cannot write clearly.

You avoid CRM discipline.

You have no curiosity about exploits, DeFi risk, infra security, or protocol launches.
