Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify trends, measure performance, and develop reports or dashboards that help guide strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, organize, and clean large datasets from various sources.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present findings.
• Work with stakeholders to define metrics, KPIs, and reporting requirements.
• Translate complex data into clear and actionable recommendations.
• Support data-driven decision-making across business units.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with company standards
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and business teams to improve data systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science
• 2-4 - year proven experience in BI Developer/Data Analyst/Business Analyst/Process Analyst
• Strong proficiency Power BI M Query and DAX languages (mandatory)
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation
• Power Platform (Power Automate and Power Apps) will be an additional asset
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
• Understanding of business operations and performance metrics.
