Wipro is looking for a Change Lead – IT & Business Transformation to work within our delivery and transformation team. As the Change Lead – IT & Business Transformation, you will be responsible for driving IT and business change initiatives, ensuring effective delivery across complex programmes. You will work closely with client stakeholders and internal teams to enable smooth implementation of change within a Life & Pensions environment.

• Manage budgets, resources, and delivery across change initiatives

• Drive project lifecycle activities from initiation through to implementation

• Lead governance, compliance, and risk management processes

• Engage and influence stakeholders across all organisational levels

• Facilitate meetings, drive decisions, and ensure timely action delivery

• Stakeholder management across senior client teams

• Governance, compliance, and delivery oversight

• Communication and problem-solving skills

Desirable Skills

• Programme frameworks such as Alpha

• Release management processes

• Agile or hybrid delivery approaches
