Our client is looking for a highly skilled Data & AI Scientist to help shape and deliver enterprise-wide AI, Machine Learning and GenAI capabilities across the organisation.

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead transformational AI initiatives from concept through to production, influencing strategic decision-making and driving measurable business value.

Key responsibilities include:

✅ Designing and deploying production-ready ML, AI and GenAI solutions

✅ Leading modern Data Science and MLOps best practices

✅ Building scalable ML pipelines and model deployment frameworks

✅ Partnering with stakeholders across Wealth and Enablement functions

✅ Mentoring and developing Data Science capability across the business

✅ Driving innovation across LLMs, RAG, embeddings and vector databases

We’re keen to speak with candidates who have experience with:

🔹 Python & SQL

🔹 Azure, AWS and/or Snowflake

🔹 Scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch or TensorFlow

🔹 GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering & RAG

🔹 MLOps tooling (MLflow, CI/CD, containerisation, monitoring)

🔹 Airflow, ADF, Fivetran or modern data orchestration tools

🔹 Financial Services / Wealth Management experience
