Nevam gives marketers a real-time view of their entire customer journey. We unify every touchpoint and channel into a single source of truth so teams can make decisions with real data across Marketing, Customer Experience, and Delivery.

We're building a live, connected journey map for enterprises - organising experiences across web, email, SMS, social, and offline, with real-time insight layered on content-level tracking.

We've recently raised a $1.2M seed round and we're building a category defining product for enterprise organisations.

What it means to be a Founding Engineer

This isn't just about writing code. It's about shaping the product, setting the technical foundations, and influencing how the company scales.

You'll think beyond features to architecture, scalability, and the long-term shape of an AI-native platform. You'll be trusted to make decisions, asked to challenge ours, and expected to bring your own point of view on how to build better. The technical bar at Nevam will be yours to set.

What you'll own

Nevam is solving real problems for enterprise customers - and this role is central to how we scale.

You'll be hands-on in the trenches and thinking ahead architecturally. Building for today while designing for where the platform needs to be in two years. You'll work directly with customers, understand their problems deeply, and use that to shape how and why we build.

This means:

• Owning the full stack - frontend, backend, infrastructure, and operations
• Making the foundational calls on architecture, scalability, and LLM integration
• Translating ambiguous business problems into clear technical strategies
• Managing technical debt actively - documented, visible, and prioritised
• Interfacing directly with customers for technical discovery and solution design
• Setting the engineering practice through how you work, not how you manage

About you

We're less tied to your title and are more interested in the experience you bring. What matters is your ability to make informed decisions and build with impact.

You’ll bring:

• 5+ years full-stack engineering experience with expert-level JavaScript / TypeScript
• Proven experience architecting and operating production systems on Google Cloud
• Strong frontend experience with Vue (or React/Angular with clear transferability)
• Backend experience building APIs and services - Node.js, Python, or equivalent
• AI product experience - building or integrating LLMs, agents, or AI-driven workflows
• Fluency with modern AI development tooling and understanding the balance of experimentation and speed

Nice to have: 

• Experience with real time collaborations systems or interactive canvas/whiteboard style UIs transforms
• Knowledge of graph-based architectures or data models
• Previous startup or agency experience
