What You Ll Be Doing

• Evaluate model-generated responses using structured evaluation guidelines
• Provide clear, evidence-based written feedback and rationales
• Identify nuance, reasoning gaps, and implicit meaning in written outputs
• Apply consistent judgment across tasks with strong attention to detail
• Work independently while adhering to project instructions and quality standards

What We Re Looking For

• Strong experience in analytical reading and written evaluation
• Strong experience in writing precise, well-supported feedback
• Strong attention to detail and structured guideline adherence
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Native-level English fluency
• Ability to complete work without writing assistance tools
