Project Manager - Regulatory Reporting

Daily Rate: $900 - $1000

Duration: 3 months - view to extend

· A leading Australian financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver key regulatory and member engagement initiatives across the business.

· This role will suit a Project Manager with prior experience within insurance, superannuation, or investment management environments who can confidently manage complex stakeholder landscapes, regulatory obligations, and high-profile member events.

· You will play a critical role in driving delivery across regulatory reporting programs, governance initiatives, and Annual Member Meeting coordination, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to compliance requirements.



Key Responsibilities

· Lead end-to-end delivery of regulatory, operational, and business transformation projects across the organisation.

· Coordinate Annual Member Meeting activities, including event logistics, stakeholder management, communications, governance, and delivery planning.

· Partner with compliance, legal, operations, and executive stakeholders to ensure all regulatory obligations and reporting requirements are met.

· Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and governance forums.

· Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology functions to ensure successful project outcomes.

· Prepare project reporting, steering committee updates, and executive-level communications.

· Drive continuous improvement across project delivery frameworks, operational processes, and stakeholder engagement practices.




Experience

· Proven Project Management experience within insurance, superannuation, wealth management, or investment environments.

· Strong understanding of regulatory reporting obligations and governance frameworks within financial services.

· Demonstrated experience coordinating Annual Member Meetings or large-scale member/customer engagement events.

· Strong organisational and stakeholder management capability, with the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

· Experience working across both business and technology-driven initiatives.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders and executive teams.

· Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams while maintaining strong attention to detail.
