Consultant, Data Scientist (Marketing)

In the Data Scientist role, you will join the Data & Analytics Customer Decisioning team that’s doubling down on customer obsession.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

• Lead the use of Advanced ML & GenAI across Customer Brain use cases
• Support experimentation with Gen AI and Agentic AI automation capabilities
• Contribute to personalisation, recommendation and customer decisioning models and Gen AI solutions
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Platform teams to operationalise scalable analytics solutions using Advanced Machine Learning and Gen AI technologies
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes through AI-enabled automation
• Contribute to reusable analytical and Gen AI assets, feature engineering and modelling standards.
  
  

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

• Lead build and deployment of machine learning models and GenAI solutions to achieve business outcomes.
• Proficient users in SQL, Python, PySpark, Spark ML language.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP.
• Proficient in source code controls using Github.
• Highly developed data science skills, working with structured or unstructured datasets and ML & GenAI techniques.
• Good understanding of customer data, digital data, different unstructured data sources across analytics landscape and ability to provide data driven insights to support decision making.
