Our client is one of the leading financial institutions in the Netherlands. Within this prestigious organization, one of the departments operates as a neobank, offering modern financial functionalities that distinguish it from traditional legacy banks. We are currently seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Developer to join the CRM team (4 Engineers) of this innovative bank.

The CRM team recently transitioned from an outdated legacy system to a cutting-edge platform utilizing Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure. This migration aims to enhance the internal CRM functionalities. Given the expansive scale of the organization and the diverse customizations required across various teams and departments, a significant aspect of this role involves integrating different organizational components with the CRM platform. This integration predominantly entails extensive API development within the backend of the neobank's infrastructure.

The technology stack utilized by the team includes .NET Core, with a significant emphasis on platforms hosted on AWS. Therefore, proficiency in .NET, Microservices development on AWS is crucial. In this senior role, you will allocate your time between liaising with business units, engaging with senior stakeholders on technical matters, and converting organizational requirements into viable solutions for the team. Additionally, you will actively contribute to the team’s efforts in both architecture design and hands-on coding.

Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD) is particularly valuable, as it is a key focus within the organization at this time. Strong communication skills are imperative, as the role entails leadership responsibilities within the team.
