In Argentina within the Technology industry, we are actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our team dedicated to designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability practices. Your mission will be to ensure the scalability and reliability of our platforms through automation and high-quality infrastructure standards.

This is you

• Proven experience designing and building robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, or similar languages for automation.
• Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Hands-on experience with container technologies including Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes (EC2, ECS/EKS).
• Solid experience with AWS cloud environments and services (CloudFront, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, API Gateway, S3, Route 53, etc.).
• Experience with continuous integration systems like GitLab and Bitbucket.
• Experience with log management systems (Logstash, FluentD, Splunk, Sumo Logic, Graylog).
• Proven ability to implement observability practices (logs, metrics, and monitoring) with tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, and Grafana.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience implementing and operating GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, FluxCD, and Helm Charts.
• Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures with messaging services like SQS, SNS, and Kafka.
• Knowledge of security compliance and audit requirements in cloud environments.

This is your role

• Implement and automate CI/CD processes to build and deploy applications across multiple environments and platforms.
• Design and maintain the templates, scripts, and tools required to enforce DevOps best practices across the organization.
• Act as a technical gatekeeper within the release and version management process, providing support throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with IT and Security teams to manage and mitigate risks and compliance issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to accelerate pipeline efficiency and deployment frequency.
• Implement continuous monitoring and measurement workflows to identify infrastructure gaps and propose data-driven improvements.
• Deliver high-quality implementations into production infrastructure with a high sense of accountability.
