Your Creative Mission & Impact

• You will own the visual identity of our clients across multiple digital touchpoints, ensuring strict brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries.
• Digital Marketing Collateral: Create high-engaging assets for social media campaigns, high-converting digital display ads, and email marketing layouts that align with US market trends.
• Brand Evolution: Develop original visual concepts, templates, and layouts that elevate the client's brand voice.
• Multi-Channel Design: Manage diverse creative deliverables ranging from core typography and brand guidelines to presentation decks and digital prototypes.
• Collaborative Iteration: Work directly with US-based marketing teams and stakeholders to refine designs based on data and feedback, ensuring flawless execution.

What You Bring to the Studio

• Experience: 2+ years of proven professional graphic design experience (agency or international client experience is a major asset). A portfolio link is mandatory for consideration.
• Technical Mastery: Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite—specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Language Proficiency: Strong professional English (Written and Spoken) to ensure smooth communication and collaboration with US teams.
• Design Fundamentals: A rock-solid grasp of visual hierarchy, composition, color theory, and typography. You know how to build original design systems, not just work off templates.

The "Plus" Skills: Hands-on experience with Figma (UI/UX), Motion Graphics, or basic video editing is a significant advantage.
