Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Web Designer role based in our office in Tallinn. The Web Designer will be responsible for creating and improving digital designs and ensuring optimal user experience via responsive web design. Day-to-day tasks also include collaborating with other teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with marketing goals, maintaining design guidelines, and updating online content as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Web Design, including creating user-friendly layouts and dynamic interfaces
• Experience with Graphic Design and graphic creation tools
• Competence in Responsive Web Design to ensure usability across devices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to implement branding guidelines
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and work on-site in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus
• Understanding of web accessibility standards and a user-centered design approach is desirable
• Fluency in English and Russian is required
