Junior Automation Test Engineer

For our client in the banking sector, we are looking for Junior Automation Test Engineers for Cross-Border & SWIFT applications.

In this role, you will support testing and automation activities, including:

* Assisting in test analysis and test case design

* Developing and maintaining automated test cases

* Executing tests and reporting results

* Supporting root cause analysis of defects

* Contributing to test framework development and continuous improvements

* Participating in test planning and estimation activities

* Collaborating with team members and stakeholders in a global environment

Required skills:

* Basic experience or understanding of test tools and test management tools

* Knowledge of software testing principles (ISTQB Foundation Level or equivalent is considered an advantage)

* Hands-on experience or academic exposure to Python, Robot Framework, and Jenkins / CI/CD practices

* Strong communication and problem-solving skills

* Ability to work effectively in an international and distributed team environment

* Interest in or basic understanding of the financial and payments domain
