Nice to meet you! I’m Milja Valentine, a Senior Talent Partner at LeadDesk. Together with Sanna Mutka, who leads our CPaaS Operations (communications platform as a service), the telecom side of LeadDesk’s contact center business. We are now looking for a Commercial Product Manager to join our team and help develop and commercialise our CPaaS offering across Europe.
This is a hands-on role combining product managemnet, operational improvement, and commercial ownership. You will work closely with sales, finance, operations, and technical teams to improve how our telecom and CPaaS services are packaged, priced, and operationally managed. This role is about bringing more structure, clarity, and commercial value into a growing business area. You will also collaborate closely with Sales to support customer discussions, improve commercial offering structures, and help ensure our solutions meet both customer and business needs.

What you can expect as a Commercial Product Manager at LeadDesk
- Improve how our CPaaS services are packaged, priced, and productised across markets
- Work closely with sales and marketing on customer value propositions, positioning, and commercial readiness
- Analyse product, usage, invoicing, market, and competitor data to support business decisions and identify monetisation opportunities
- Build KPI reporting and improve visibility into revenue, margins, adoption, churn, and overall commercial performance
- Improve product related processes such as onboarding, invoicing, sales cycles and pricing flows
- Support launches of new products and features across different teams
- Curious about leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency, support smarter ways of working, and create more commercial value
What success looks like in this role in the first 6 months and beyond
- You have built a solid understanding of our CPaaS products, pricing structures, and commercial setup
- You are comfortable coordinating topics across product, sales, finance, and operations
- You have improved visibility into commercial KPIs and reporting
- You have identified opportunities to improve packaging, pricing, or monetisation across different services
- You have helped bring more structure and clarity into product related processes and ways of working
- You are comfortable taking ownership of development areas and driving things forward independently

Must-haves
- A degree in a commercial or technical field
- Some experience in product management, pricing, commercial development, or similar business focused roles
- Ability to turn technical product capabilities into clear customer value
- Experience working with sales, marketing, or other commercial stakeholders in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working hands on with data, KPIs, and reporting
- Ability to improve processes, bring structure into ways of working, and manage multiple topics in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate across different teams
- Full professional working proficiency in English
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in telecom, CPaaS, SaaS or other technology driven industries
- Knowledge of telecom regulations or compliance related topics
- Fluency in Finnish, Nordic or other European languages
Practicalities
- Location: Helsinki HQ (hybrid work model 3 days a week at the office)
- Start date: As soon as possible, ideally no later than August
- Employment: Full-time, permanent
- Work permit in Finland: Required
- Compensation: 4000-5000 €/month + performance-based bonus (OTE approximately 8000-10 000€ annually)
