The Main Goal of This Position

Making sure all business stakeholders are receiving full and on-time HR support with all HR processes and procedures being executed in line with ongoing business needs by partnering to all employees of Eti International (Developing Countries).

What We Expect From You?

• To provide support in all employment related processes together with the HR team;
• To implement and evaluate all human resource department policies and procedures;
• To support the HR team in designing and implementing effective training and development plans;
• To ensure all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status;
• To check and support if HR related documents are correctly filled by employees and provide assistance in case of guidance need;
• To assist the HR team in the annual budget preparation;
• To make sure the organization maintains compliance with labor regulations;
• To request and prepare the full work-related equipment for all new entries;
• To conduct recruitment processes end-2-end in line with departments needs;
• To conduct onboarding and offboarding of employees;
• Taking an active role in the Talent Management process,
• To serve as a point of contact and connection with other working points / offices, individuals and institutions regarding the operational aspects specified in the job description;
