Project Manager

Overview of the Role

The role sits at the centre of a cross-functional industrialisation programme, acting as the key coordination point for execution across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing functions.

You will be responsible for driving end-to-end ISC deliverables from development through to industrialisation and product launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead industrialisation and supply chain deliverables across development, ramp-up, and launch phases
• Own project scope, timeline, cost, quality, and risk management
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Industrial Engineering, Procurement, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, and EHS
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with clear dependencies and milestones
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations with structured mitigation plans
• Prepare management reporting and steering committee materials
• Lead cross-functional core team meetings and governance forums
• Ensure alignment across technical and operational stakeholders

Required experience:

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
• Several years of project management experience in new product development or industrialisation
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams
• Background in automotive, automation, robotics, machinery, or electromechanical systems
• Experience with design, verification & validation, qualification, and ramp-up phases
• Proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint

Languages:

• German: fluent
• English: minimum B2 level
