Healthcare Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Healthcare Advisory team. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support the delivery of healthcare consulting projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to drive strategic and operational improvements across the healthcare sector.

The successful candidate will manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring

delivery within scope, budget, and timelines. Responsibilities include stakeholder engagement, project planning, risk management, research and analysis, preparing reports and presentations, and contributing to business development activities. The role also involves mentoring junior team members and supporting the development of innovative healthcare solutions.

Candidates should have:

• 3+ years’ relevant project management experience, ideally within healthcare consulting or professional services
• Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare system
• Experience delivering complex projects end-to-end
• Excellent communication, analytical, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
• A third-level qualification and project management certification (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, or similar)
• Clinical experience or change management certification would be advantageous but is not essential
