Senior Sharepoint Developer

Job overview:

• Modernize and optimize business processes and employee collaboration using SharePoint, M365 tools.
• Design and implement new business processes utilizing Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Supervise the deployment and continuous administration of M365 Collaboration tools, including SharePoint, MS Teams, OneDrive, Power BI, Power Platform, DocuSign, CoPilot AI Studio, and others.
• Ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions with other systems and data sources.
• Lead projects related to M365 tools (SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, CoPilot using Gen AI)
• Design Site Architecture and development of SharePoint Intranet Portals.
• Develop custom applications and automations to improve efficiency.
• Establish and enforce governance policies and best practices.
• Provide support for daily operational activities.
• Engaging users in adopting the latest tools like

Job Scope:

• Provide continuous support and maintenance of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform Tools (Power App/Power BI/Power Automate/MS Teams/DocuSign).
• End user support on daily operational activities which include granting access to specific content or updating the approval hierarchy in the business process.
• Troubleshooting issues and implement the updates and patches to the existing process.
• Understanding and gathering requirements from business.
• Design and architecture of solutions that meet the organization’s goals and strategies.
• Implementing solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) or any open JavaScript libraries (React/Typescript/jQuery)
• Implementation the business processes using automations and approvals as needed.
• Understand business requirements, design and development of projects related to Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform Technologies stack across the Miral Group.
• Lead and monitor all the new or existing projects related to M365 tools (SharePoint, Power Platform, CoPilot Studio, MS Teams, etc.,).
• Vendor management when projects are executed externally with third-party.
• Ability to run and generate reports across various applications using Power BI and provide to the management.
• Design and integrate with external data sources for implementing reports.
• Stay up to date with the latest SharePoint developments and best practices.
• Stay updated with latest features and updates from Microsoft and exploring ways to leverage the platform for business innovation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement enhancements to increase system effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft .Net and its application lifecycle
• 8+ years of experience in Microsoft SharePoint and Power Platform technologies.
• 5+ years of experience in Applications Support
• Hands on experience in Microsoft SharePoint Online and On-Prem Technologies.
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, React JS, Typescript, SQL, HTML, CSS, PowerShell scripting.
• Development of Solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Development of Solutions using SPFx and open source like React/Angular/Typescript.
• Proficient in REST full API’s
• Working on latest AI tools like Microsoft CoPilot Studio, Gen AI, Azure Open AI services, etc.,
• Implementation of Power BI dashboards.
• Expert in SharePoint Migration
• Knowledge in M365 tools like OneDrive, MS Teams, VIVA connections etc.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues and optimize performance.
