In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.

In particular, you will:

• Drive the development of AI use cases by building applications based on Machine Learning, integrating AI services, and leveraging LLMs in real-world scenarios;
• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions and general LLM-based applications, managing API integrations and prompting strategies;
• Design, build and work with both relational, no-sql and vector databases;
• Build and optimize data pipelines;
• Create Machine Learning models from scratch with data ingestion, data preprocessing, train, fine-tune, test and evaluation;
• Manage the complete AI solutions lifecycle (build, deploy, monitoring, scalability and maintenance).
  
  

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 2–3 years of experience in AI development;
• Strong experience in Python development for AI / Machine Learning applications;
• Solid knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and their practical application;
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and development of LLM-based applications (APIs, integration, orchestration);
• Skills in prompt engineering and designing effective interactions with generative models;
• Experience in training and/or fine-tuning AI models, including agentic AI scenarios;
• Previous experience with Databricks is considered a strong plus;
• Degree in STEM disciplines or in the Data/AI field;
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

• Total compensation: € 39.000 – € 54.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full-time reference.
