We are looking for a proactive and analytical Portfolio Management Analyst to join our team in Europe Hub!

What you'll do:

• Deep-dive into collection portfolio trends across all markets — identify emerging risks, anomalies, and opportunities before they surface in headline numbers
• Independently extract, structure, and analyze recovery data (DPD buckets, roll rates, cure rates, recovery curves, PtP performance)
• Produce regular and ad-hoc analysis to support collection strategy and country-level decisions
• Develop deep business knowledge of collection operations and become a trusted analytical partner to the Group DC Manager and country teams
• Support performance monitoring and target-setting with data-driven recommendations

What you'll bring:

• 2–3 years of experience in a financial sector analytical role (required); debt collection / recovery analytics experience is a strong advantage
• Strong SQL skills — able to independently write queries and extract data from large portfolio databases (required)
• Excellent Excel skills for modelling and analysis (required)
• Python or R knowledge — a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving instinct — someone who thinks along, asks "why," and chases patterns without being directed
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and stay solution-oriented under pressure
• Fluent English (required)
