Tiqets is one of the fastest-growing tech scale-ups in the Netherlands. To keep it moving fast, we’re hiring a Medior Product Manager, Apps & Retention, to join us!
Who are we?
We are revolutionizing the way people buy tickets to unforgettable experiences at the best destinations all over the world. Our technology makes planning easy for thousands of travelers to find all the experiences they don't want to miss during their trip (museums, zoos, theme parks, and more), so they can book all their tickets in one place.
We are an international company committed to making culture accessible to our customers and our employees. We embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into our company fiber organically.
These values are promoted from the inside out and we strive to represent and honor differences in gender, race, religion, and sexual orientation in our company culture, our content, and our product.
Our values
We are remarkable: Have fun, be creative and celebrate great moments!
We are accessible: Communicate honestly and support each other.
We are adaptable: Learn, adapt, and pivot. That's who we are!
What you will do
As Product Manager for Mobile Apps and Retention, you will lead one of Tiqets’ B2C product teams focused on growing the value of our mobile apps and helping customers return to Tiqets more often.
Our apps play a central role in our retention strategy. Many customers first buy their tickets on the web and then continue their journey in the app. Others use the app directly to manage their tickets, receive relevant updates and offers, discover things to do during their trip and return to Tiqets for future experiences.
Your scope will include our iOS and Android apps, CRM touchpoints such as email and push notifications, and service-related tooling that helps us create a better customer experience before and after purchase. Together, these areas form an important part of our retention strategy.
You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers, a product designer and a data analyst. You will work closely with stakeholders across Marketing, CRM, Customer Service, and other Product teams to identify the biggest opportunities, explore solutions, launch new functionality and improvements and measure their impact.
You will be responsible for the full product lifecycle: understanding customer problems, defining the apps and CRM product strategy and roadmap for your team, setting goals, validating ideas, delivering solutions and evaluating results. You will report to the Head of Product.

- Identify opportunities to improve app adoption, app engagement, repeat bookings, ticket usage, in-trip-related discovery, and customer communication
- Define a clear product strategy for your team's scope aligned with the overall Tiqets product vision and strategy

- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, a product designer, and a data analyst by setting clear objectives, creating focus, and helping the team make progress
- Take a hypothesis-driven approach and validate assumptions efficiently and effectively
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and ideation to delivery, launch, and impact evaluation
- Work closely with the CRM team on customer journey communication through email, push notifications, and other relevant channels, such as SMS
- Partner with the Customer Service team and operational stakeholders to improve service-related tooling, reducing customer friction and increasing customer satisfaction
- Act as the go-to person for your team’s product domain and clearly communicate progress, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements
- You have 3+ years of experience in product management, working on digital consumer products. Experience with e-commerce and/or mobile apps is a strong plus
- You know how to turn customer problems and business opportunities into clear product priorities
- You have a data-informed and hypothesis-driven way of working and are comfortable using metrics, customer insights, and experiments to make decisions
