As a Global Process Delivery (GPD) Analyst I, you will play a key role in supporting administrative and financial operations across EMEA. You will ensure smooth execution of invoice processing and operational activities, helping deliver high-quality services to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
We are looking for a structured and proactive professional who enjoys working with processes, data, and cross-functional teams, and is driven to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.

What are you going to do?
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the end-to-end Source-to-Pay process for GPD vendors, including invoice validation and audits
- Coordinating with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payment execution
- Tracking invoices, resolving discrepancies, and liaising with vendors
- Providing administrative support across GPD processes, including reporting and documentation management
- Managing operational tasks such as company car fines and related processes
- Identifying inefficiencies and contributing to process improvements and standardization
- Supporting reconciliation activities and ensuring financial data accuracy

What do we ask?
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Finance, HR, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, finance, or a similar environment
- Experience with invoice processing, financial administration, or vendor coordination is a plus
- Familiarity with systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Coupa, or SAP is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and structured way of working
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems proactively
- Team player with flexibility to work in a dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
