Network & Security Engineer

We are looking for a Network Security Specialist with strong expertise in VMware NSX-T and VMware vRealize Network Insight (VRNI) to support a strategic network security initiative focused on east-west traffic analysis and optimization.

The role involves identifying security gaps, analyzing internal network communication flows, and driving remediation activities in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze east-west traffic flows across enterprise infrastructures
• Detect anomalies, risks, and segmentation issues within network communications
• Define, coordinate, and follow up remediation actions with relevant teams
• Leverage NSX-T and VRNI tools to improve visibility and security posture
• Support network micro-segmentation and security enhancement initiatives
• Produce technical analysis reports and actionable recommendations

Expected Deliverables

• Detailed traffic flow analysis reports
• Security findings and remediation plans
• Recommendations for network segmentation improvements
• Follow-up and tracking of corrective actions

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in Network Security
• Proven hands-on experience with VMware NSX-T
• Mandatory expertise in VMware VRNI
• Experience analyzing and troubleshooting network traffic flows
• Ability to collaborate with infrastructure and security teams
• Professional working proficiency in English

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments
• Knowledge of micro-segmentation strategies
• Familiarity with security compliance and best practices
• Automation or scripting skills are a plus
