Requirements:

• Owns analytics deliverables for assigned business areas, gathering and analyzing requirements and translating them into documented functional and technical specifications aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.
• Designs, develops, and maintains Power BI reports, dashboards, and Power BI semantic models, ensuring accuracy, performance, scalability, and appropriate reuse of datasets across reports.
• Defines and manages semantic model structures including measures, calculated columns, hierarchies, relationships, and business logic, ensuring consistent definitions (single source of truth) across reporting solutions.
• Collaborates with IT Architecture, data platform teams, and external specialists to ensure Power BI solutions integrate correctly with upstream data sources (e.g., Databricks, SAP, SQL-based platforms) and comply with architectural standards.
• Supports or is responsible for the release, deployment, and lifecycle management of Power BI solutions, including coordination of changes, versioning, and production rollouts.
• Executes change activities including development, testing, validation, documentation, communication, and user training related to Power BI reports and semantic models.
• Provides day-to-day, customer-facing support for Power BI users, including issue investigation, performance troubleshooting, and functional guidance.
• Monitors and communicates risks, issues, and improvement opportunities related to Power BI solutions, data quality, and semantic model integrity to relevant stakeholders.
• Delivers work according to agreed plans and SLAs where applicable, providing regular progress updates to management and business stakeholders.
• Evaluates and contributes to decisions on analytics tools, features, or external providers used in the Power BI ecosystem, in alignment with preferred supplier frameworks and internal standards.
• Ensures all activities are performed in full alignment with company standards, SOPs, and relevant GxP requirements where applicable; supports regulatory and Health Authority inspections as required.

Desired Profile:

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or another relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Power BI, BI analytics, or data-focused IT analyst roles.
• Strong understanding of Power BI semantic models, DAX, and data modeling principles.
• Experience working with enterprise data sources and collaborating with data engineering and architecture teams.
• Analytical, structured, and flexible mindset with strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
