We are looking for a SOFTWARE ENGINEER (Senior position), who has experience in software engineering with Java

The employment will be determined for permanent period (with 6-months trial period) with the Swiss company Stöcklin, which established a software competence program center East in Ljubljana (Slovenia). Great team of employees is looking for additional team members that will provide software solutions for the entire world.

Job description:

• To specify, design and implement customer requirements in complex intralogistics projects
• To enhance the existing core framework
• To contribute to solution finding
• To strengthen the overall engineering community

Job requirements and technical skills:

• University / Bachelor / Master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3 + years overall experience in relevant technology areas
• Solid foundation in object-oriented software engineering with Java
• Experience in database querying languages
• Effective interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with team members and virtual teams from different locations and different
• cultural background
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
• Fluent oral and written communication skills in English
