Project Manager

Your Mission

Reporting to management, you will play a pivotal role within an entity specializing in hydraulic and environmental infrastructure. Your mission will be to transform technical concepts into operational realities while leading the company's key personnel.

• Strategic Management: Supervise the entire project portfolio (studies, procurement, finance) and guarantee a relationship of trust with project owners.
• Team Management: Allocate resources, appoint case managers and support project managers in achieving their objectives.
• Operational Optimization: Driving continuous improvement of the implementation cycle, from design to commissioning, by refining management and sizing tools.
• Quality Control & Performance: Ensure rigorous control of budgets, schedules and quality standards across all construction sites.

Your Profile

• Education: Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent qualification) with a specialization in mechanical engineering or process engineering.
• Expertise: You have proven experience in the field of water treatment (wastewater, industrial or drinking water).
• Soft Skills: Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit, you know how to combine diplomacy and leadership to unite your teams around complex projects. You are recognized for your proactivity and organizational rigor.
