About the role

We’re hiring a hybrid AI Product Manager / Product Engineer to help shape the next phase of a fast-growing SaaS platform.

This is a hands-on, end-to-end product role where product thinking and engineering are deeply combined. You’ll work directly with customers, define what gets built, and ship features across the stack in a fast-moving, AI-enabled environment.

What you’ll do

• Own features end-to-end: from customer insight → design → build → release
• Talk directly to customers and translate feedback into product decisions
• Define and prioritise the product backlog
• Build across the stack (Laravel, PostgreSQL, React)
• Improve and automate internal and customer workflows
• Contribute to AI-powered product development and feature design
• Jump into support and onboarding when needed
• Continuously improve product direction through real user feedback

What we’re looking for

• Strong full-stack engineering experience (or equivalent product engineering background)
• Experience building and shipping real product features end-to-end
• Comfortable working directly with customers and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong product thinking: prioritisation, trade-offs, and problem-solving
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Experience with modern AI coding tools (required)
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, low-process environment

Nice to have

• Experience building AI-powered features
• SaaS, billing, or developer tools background
• Experience in early-stage or 0→1 product environments
• Strong writing and communication skills in product context
