UX/UI Designer

We're looking for a Founding UX/UI Designer ✨

We're expanding our team. Become one of the founding team members of a fashion-tech startup built to scale, and own a meaningful part of what you help create.

We're building a next-generation fashion marketplace that blends discovery, personalization, and a completely new social layer. Rethinking how people explore, compare, and express themselves through fashion.

ENDA is a team of 9. We have 260+ partner stores, including Boozt, Nike, NELLY and BOSS, access to 8M+ products, and a product that's genuinely unlike anything else in fashion-tech. The visual foundation is in place, design system, identity, and guidelines. What we need now is someone to bring it all together and make every flow feel effortless and obvious.

What you'll own:

→ Leading the full design process from user insight to shipped UI

→ Driving consistency and clarity across existing and new features

→ Owning the end-to-end experience across our core user journeys

→ Identifying UX gaps and prioritising what to fix next based on user data

→ Shaping the product experience at a stage where your decisions actually matter

What we're looking for:

✔ You think in flows and user journeys, not just screens

✔ You care deeply about how things feel, not just how they look

✔ Figma is your natural environment

✔ You move fast, take ownership, and don't wait to be told what to do

✔ You've worked closely with engineers, and you don't hand off work that can't be shipped

✔ You back your design decisions with data, not just instinct

✔ Bonus if you've worked on consumer apps or fashion/lifestyle products

This is not a 9-5. It will be intense, largely self-directed, and require real dedication. We're not looking for someone to fill a seat, we're looking for someone who wants to help build something and grow with it long-term.
