Network Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator with strong expertise in Aruba wireless and switching technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, troubleshooting, optimizing, and securing enterprise wired and wireless network infrastructure while providing advanced L3 support for critical networking issues.

The role requires deep technical knowledge of Aruba networking solutions, Aruba Central, Aruba ClearPass, Wi-Fi security, and enterprise network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Aruba switches and wireless networking solutions.
• Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for complex wired and wireless network issues.
• Optimize network performance using Aruba Central and Aruba ClearPass platforms.
• Implement and maintain enterprise network security policies and best practices.
• Lead network upgrade, migration, and integration initiatives.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, operational procedures, and best practice guidelines.
• Act as the L3 escalation point for critical wireless network incidents and performance issues.
• Diagnose and resolve complex Wi-Fi connectivity, roaming, latency, and security-related problems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to resolve wired/wireless integration challenges.
• Configure and maintain Aruba ClearPass for AAA services, 802.1X authentication, and policy enforcement.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC), encryption protocols, and network access security controls.
• Monitor network health, availability, and performance to ensure business continuity.
