岗位职责：
- 负责金融相关后台系统研发工作，包括实时资产系统、风控系统等。
- 对现有系统的方案设计、性能瓶颈进行优化改进，满足日益增加的业务需求。
岗位需求:
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，工作经验 5年以上。
- 精通 Python编程语言，熟悉常用数据结构和算法，具有良好的编码习惯和架构设计能力。
- 熟悉 Python常用框架和工具，包括Django，FastAPI，Flask和 Pandas等。
- 熟悉 Mysql，Postgresql 数据库，Redis等。
- 熟悉多线程，网络，分布式架构，缓存，消息队列等技术；
- 具备较强的数据处理和分析能力，熟悉常用数据处理工具和技术。（有大数据经验是加分项）
- 良好的团队合作和沟通能力，能够与多个团队协同工作，共同推动项目的进展和成功。
