About the Role
We are looking for a visionary Game Designer / Level Designer who thinks like a Product Manager and executes like a Master Architect. You will be a hybrid talent, someone who deeply understands the Hybrid-Casual Puzzle market, bridges the gap between Code and Art, and shapes both new prototypes and the Live-Ops of our existing hits.
Responsibilities
- Product & Live-Ops Mindset: Apply a Product Manager perspective to our active hybrid-casual titles. You will help design, manage, and iterate on Live-Ops systems (e.g., Battle Pass, Lava Quest) to boost retention and monetization.
- Prototyping & Innovation: Be the creative spark at the earliest stages of new prototypes. You will be part of the "Idea to Reality" process, ensuring our next games are innovative and mathematically sound.
- Level Design Excellence: Design engaging levels for Hybrid-Casual Puzzle games using Excel/Google Sheets and internal Unity tools. You’ll maintain perfect difficulty curves that keep players coming back.
- The Creative Bridge: Act as the vital link between Developers and Artists. You will translate design vision into technical requirements and aesthetic goals.
- Visual Direction: Use your keen "Art Eye" to find high-quality references and ensure the production meets market-leading standards until the final polish.
Qualifications
- Proven Track Record: You have at least one published game where you played a key role in Game or Level Design (preferably in the Puzzle/Hybrid-Casual space).
- Analytical Mindset: You don't just play top-tier games like Royal Match or Royal Kingdom; you deconstruct them. You understand why their mechanics work and how their meta-layers are built.
- Execution over Documentation: We move fast. While we don’t focus on heavy GDDs, you are comfortable providing clear reports and documentation when needed.
- Unity & Data Awareness: You have enough Unity experience to implement designs and communicate effectively with the dev team. You are also eager to learn and use data to iterate on designs.
- Art Visionary: You have a great eye for visual trends in the mobile market. You know what "good" looks like and can guide artists to reach that level.

- Proven Track Record in Game or Level Design.
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of game mechanics.
- Experience with Unity and data-driven design.
- Ability to provide clear documentation and reports.
- Strong visual design sensibility.
