Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated OTC Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our OTC business network, managing institutional and high-net-worth client relationships, and driving trading volume growth. If you are passionate about crypto markets, experienced in client acquisition, and skilled in building strategic partnerships, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new OTC clients, including high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), institutional investors, funds, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing OTC clients to ensure high satisfaction and continuous trading activity.
- Promote CoinTR’s OTC trading services and provide tailored solutions based on client needs.
- Collaborate closely with relevant teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve service offerings.
- Coordinate and negotiate partnership opportunities with brokers, liquidity providers, and strategic partners.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand CoinTR’s OTC presence in the market.
- Ensure all OTC activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or a related role, preferably within the cryptocurrency or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and OTC trading operations.
- Proven network within the crypto ecosystem, institutional finance, or HNWI client segments.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills in both Turkish and English.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and commercially driven mindset.
