Senior Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Guarantee 24/7 continuity, high availability, and compliance with defined SLAs for business-critical services.

Manage network monitoring, performance analysis, and capacity planning processes; identify bottlenecks and potential risks before they occur.

Design, deploy, configure, and maintain Evofone's end-to-end network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, MPLS, and secure VPN tunnels across all headquarters, branches, and data center locations.

Oversee and optimize the performance, quality of service (QoS), and security of our voice communication (VoIP) infrastructure.

Enforce network security controls and ensure all architectural changes strictly comply with KVKK, GDPR, and information security standards.

Develop, maintain, and update high-quality network documentation (HLD/LLD), disaster recovery (DR) runbooks, and business continuity procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or a related technical field.

Minimum of 5–7 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering, design, and advanced troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge of high availability, network resiliency, SLA management, and ITSM processes.

Deep expertise in the Fortinet ecosystem (FortiGate, FortiSwitch, FortiAP) and advanced Network Access Control (FortiNAC) solutions.

Proven track record of managing complex routing/switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, STP) and deploying SD-WAN architectures.

Proficiency in enterprise network monitoring tools (e.g., PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix) with a strong mindset for proactivity and predictive analysis.

Solid understanding of technical measures required for legal compliance under KVKK and GDPR frameworks.

Professional proficiency in English (written and verbal) to collaborate with global vendors and absorb technical literature.

Excellent analytical, crisis-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in high-stakes environments.
