Type: full time (permanent)
Your role:
We’re looking for a Junior Data Engineer to support the development and maintenance of our data infrastructure. Working closely with other data engineers, agent developers and BI developers, you will help build and improve ETL/ELT pipelines, assist with data ingestion and processing, and contribute to maintaining a reliable data foundation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and curious individual who is eager to learn, grow, and apply modern tools—including AI-powered development agents—to solve real-world data challenges in a cloud-based environment.
Your key responsibilities:
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of ETL/ELT data pipelines under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Supporting the ingestion and processing of enterprise-wide data through our medallion architecture.
- Helping BI developers and data scientists by preparing and delivering clean, reliable datasets.
- Writing and maintaining Python and SQL scripts for data transformation and analysis.
- Learning and applying cloud platform services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Databricks) for data storage and processing.
- Using AI-powered agents and coding assistants to accelerate development and problem-solving.
- Contributing to data quality improvements by flagging inconsistencies and suggesting fixes.
- Participating in code reviews and applying version control best practices (Git).
- Collaborating with the team during Scrum ceremonies and contributing to sprint deliverables.
- Documenting data processes, pipeline logic, and technical decisions for the team.
What we are looking for:
- 0–2 years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a related field (internships count).
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, data science, or a related discipline.
- Basic proficiency in Python, with an understanding of how it applies to data processing and analytics.
- Foundational knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- A basic understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, data pipelines, and data processing workflows.
- Awareness of cloud computing concepts (e.g., what Azure, AWS, or GCP offer for data workloads).
- Comfortable working with AI agents and coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) as development tools.
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and willingness to learn CI/CD practices.
- A fast learner with strong motivation, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative team environment.
What’s in it for you:
As part of our global team, you’ll join a modern, collaborative environment designed to help you thrive—professionally and personally. Our benefits package includes:
- Yearly salary review and annual bonus based on company’s results and individual performance
- Private medical care and employer‑paid life insurance
- Monthly MyBenefit cafeteria points and holiday reimbursement
- Access to discounted company products

- Structured onboarding and continuous learning opportunities
- Cross‑functional collaboration with global teams
- Regular HUB events, recognition programs, and a strong culture of teamwork
