Senior Leadership Opportunity – Marketing & Communications

We are partnering exclusively with a prominent, strategically significant organisation in the Middle East to identify an exceptional senior marketing leader. This is a rare opportunity to shape brand and communications at enterprise scale, influencing how a major institution is perceived across multiple stakeholder audiences — regionally and internationally.

The opportunity

Reporting to the executive leadership team and operating as a member of the Senior Management Team, the VP will lead a full-service marketing and communications function — spanning brand strategy, integrated campaigns, PR, digital, content, and internal communications. The role carries P&L accountability for a significant departmental budget and direct leadership of two senior director-level reports.

What you will do

• Define and own the long-term brand strategy and positioning across multiple business units
• Lead integrated marketing and communications planning, ensuring measurable, on-time, on-budget delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor to the C-suite on all brand, reputation, and communications matters
• Drive stakeholder engagement with government entities, commercial partners, and media
• Build and sustain a high-performing, customer-centric team culture that champions innovation
• Oversee crisis and reputation management frameworks
• Champion digital, media, and content strategy across all channels

What we are looking for

• 12+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience, with at least 5 years at senior management level
• Proven track record marketing high-value products or services in complex, international B2B environments
• Combined agency and client-side experience strongly preferred
• Degree in business, communications, journalism, PR, or a related field; postgraduate marketing qualification advantageous
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budget ownership at scale
• Executive presence with the ability to influence at board level
