About the role:

We are seeking an AI Engineer with a strong technical background in Data, AI, and modern Cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills and the ability to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful AI products.


Experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on GenAI, Python (or other programming languages), and cloud platforms (preferably Azure). Knowledge of models like Raq, Lama, and ChatGPT is a plus. If not highly experienced in GenAI, a deep understanding of the incubation stage and AI development processes is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

Sandbox Platform:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of a global AI sandbox platform.
  • Ensure effective usage for experimenting with AI applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into the platform.
  • Provide technical support to teams using the platform for AI product development.

AI Domain Expertise:

  • Conduct research and development to stay updated on advancements in AI, machine learning, and Large Language Models.
  • Provide technical guidance to teams developing AI products.
  • Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights.

AI Development & Quality:

  • Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
  • Support AI product incubation and acceleration programs.
  • Ensure AI products meet core risk, data protection, and regulatory standards.
  • Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards in AI solutions.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with technology, AI, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into products and services.
  • Work with external partners, including academia, startups, and government agencies.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and deploying AI models.
  • Strong technical background in data, AI, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Knowledge of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and MLOps/LLMOps techniques.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for innovation and driving AI advancements in the industry.
