Project Coordinator – Fitout Projects

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, airport authorities, site teams, and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and site activities
• Manage submittals, RFIs, material approvals, and project documentation
• Support logistics, site access permits, and workforce coordination
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports
• Ensure compliance with airport safety and operational requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of fitout project experience in UAE
• Experience in commercial, airport, or aviation projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of fitout execution, subcontractor coordination, and project workflows
• Good understanding of UAE construction standards and authority procedures
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Proficiency in MS Office; project management tools are an advantage
