Role: Frontend Developer

location: Toronto, ON

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain enterprise grade applications using Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SASS.

• Build reusable UI components aligned to RBC Digital / DFH style design systems.

• Implement state management using RxJS and NgRx.

• Integrate frontend applications with secure RESTful APIs.

• Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG), performance, and security standards.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD driven deployments.

Required Skills:

• Strong hands on experience with Angular, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Experience with RxJS, NgRx, component based architecture.

• Unit testing using Jasmine or Jest.

• Experience with Git, npm, Angular CLI, Agile/Scrum.

Preferred:

• Banking / Financial Services experience.

• Exposure to enterprise design systems / DFH, Jenkins, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
