Technical Solution Architect(Crypto)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Scale: Directly manage a team of 20–30 engineers, owning delivery, performance, and career development. (Strong senior ICs without management experience will also be considered.)
• Trading Systems Ownership: Oversee the architecture, development, and optimization of exchange trading infrastructure and related platforms.
• Cross-Border Collaboration: Work closely with global stakeholders and leadership teams; fluent English and Chinese is essential as you need to engage with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Technical Excellence: Ensure high standards of code quality, system reliability, and scalability in a fast-paced, 24/7 trading environment.
• Strategic Execution: Partner with product, trading, and operations teams to prioritize roadmaps and deliver business-critical features.

Requirements

• Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of trading markets (traditional or digital assets); prior experience in a crypto exchange is highly preferred.
• Technical Depth: Strong engineering background with hands-on experience in building large-scale, low-latency, or high-throughput systems.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading or mentoring engineering teams of 20–30 people. (Not mandatory for outstanding IC candidates ready to transition into management.)

Nice to Have

• Experience with API design, development, or integration (REST, WebSocket, FIX, etc.).
• Professionals who have successfully transitioned from traditional banking/finance to crypto.
• Familiarity with matching engines, market data, order management systems, or blockchain infrastructure.
