We are looking for a highly motivated Data Scientist to analyzelarge-scale datasets, develop predictive models, and generate actionableinsights that drive business and operational decisions. The ideal candidatecombines strong analytical skills, statistical knowledge, machine learningexpertise, and business understanding to solve complex real-world problems.

The Data Scientist will work closely with software engineers, productmanagers, domain experts, and stakeholders to design data-driven solutions anddeploy machine learning models into production environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets
  • Develop machine learning, statistical, and forecasting models
  • Design and implement predictive analytics and optimization algorithms
  • Build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights
  • Work with engineering teams to productionize AI/ML models
  • Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends from operational data
  • Perform feature engineering and model evaluation
  • Conduct A/B testing and experimental analysis
  • Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business problems and data requirements
  • Document methodologies, assumptions, and findings
  • Stay updated with the latest AI, machine learning, and data science technologies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics
  • Strong proficiency in Python or R
  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as:
  • -TensorFlow
  • -PyTorch
  • -Scikit-learn
  • -XGBoost
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • -Statistics
  • -Probability
  • -Data modeling
  • -Machine learning algorithms
  • Experience with SQL and database querying
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools:
  • -Power BI
  • -Tableau
  • -Matplotlib
  • -Plotly
  • Experience handling large datasets and ETL pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as:

  • Familiarity with MLOps and model deployment workflows
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of big data technologies:

  • Experience with time-series forecasting, anomaly detection, or NLP
  • Experience working in industrial IoT, energy, or EMS/BESS systems is a plus
