Network Administrator

Position: Network Administrator

Compensation: $90,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: ONSITE - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Network Administrator to join their team!

We’re looking for a hands-on Network Administrator to support day-to-day network operations, troubleshoot networking tickets, and help maintain a reliable wireless and firewall environment. This person will partner closely with another network resource who handles the heavier infrastructure work, so the ideal candidate is someone who can jump into triage, own network support tickets, and help keep the environment running smoothly

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Support and troubleshoot day-to-day networking tickets, typically focused on wireless, access points, switches, routers, and firewall-related issues
• Assist with maintaining Cisco Meraki wireless equipment, including access points and related network hardware
• Help support Fortinet firewall environments, with FortiManager experience being a strong plus
• Triage network issues, diagnose root causes, and escalate more complex items as needed
• Assist with switch, router, access point, and firewall administration
• Support DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and general network connectivity troubleshooting
• Participate in planned maintenance windows and an on-call rotation as needed
• Document processes, troubleshooting steps, and network support procedures
• Work collaboratively with IT leadership and the broader IT team to support a team-first environment

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in a Network Administrator, Network Engineer, Network Support, or similar role
• Strong hands-on wireless networking experience
• Cisco Meraki experience, especially with wireless access points
• Fortinet firewall experience; FortiManager experience is highly preferred
• Working knowledge of switches, routers, VLANs, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs
• Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues efficiently
• Comfortable working through ticketing systems, support queues, and network triage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information clearly
• Willingness to assist with hands-on hardware work when needed
• Nice to Have
• Experience supporting multi-site or enterprise network environments
• Network+, Security+, CCNA, Fortinet, Meraki, or other relevant certifications
• Familiarity with routing protocols such as OSPF or BGP
• Experience supporting SLAs, maintenance windows, and IT documentation
• General understanding of cybersecurity, network segmentation, and business continuity practices
