As part of EE-HR, you will work at the intersection of HR, data, AI (Responsible AI) and technology, building scalable, AI-ready solutions that enhance decision-making, enable workforce insights, and deliver an integrated, consumer-grade experience for employees and managers.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Engineer with a strong foundation in software development and modern data engineering practices to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize scalable data and DevOps solutions, while driving innovation through AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI-driven automation.
You will play a key role in transforming engineering productivity by integrating intelligent copilots, AI agents, and predictive automation into CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise data platforms

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions using microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native platforms.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, integrating AI/ML, LLMs, and agentic AI capabilities for predictive diagnostics, self-healing pipelines, and intelligent automation.
- Build reusable frameworks, components, and accelerators that enable faster development and higher quality engineering outcomes.
- Apply best practices in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, observability, and debugging to ensure efficient and resilient software delivery.
- Leverage LLMs, copilots, and agent-based architectures to automate workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve engineering productivity.
- Drive rapid prototyping and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) using emerging AI technologies, including generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate across engineering, data, and HR domains to build AI-powered solutions that enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C# or Python and Spark, SQL.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Hands-on experience with using Agentic AI , LLM technologies as well as data analytics tools
- Good data visualization skills to be able to present insights that drive business impact.
- Knowledge of AI/ML, LLM usecase of data engineering process a significant plus
- OR related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C#, Spark and SQL
- OR Python
- OR Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C# or Python and Spark, SQ
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience of Service Tree, DevOps, LLM usage
- Experience of working with Global teams and multiple stakeholders
- Experience of building models and operationalizing them in production.
