About Position:

We are looking for Golang Developers who excel in building high-performance backend systems within dynamic and high-impact environments. This role suits professionals who are passionate about scalable system design, efficient coding, and distributed architecture, particularly in mission-critical applications. You will play a key role in developing microservices-based applications, enabling seamless data flow and system integration across complex ecosystems. The position demands a strong ability to translate business requirements into robust, efficient, and maintainable code, while ensuring high throughput and low latency. The ideal candidate can operate both at a system design level (architecture, scalability, performance tuning) and at a deep technical level (coding, debugging, optimization) contributing directly to the success of high-demand, real-time systems.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang (Go).
• Build and manage microservices-based architecture with focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services, databases, and internal systems.
• Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.
• Implement concurrency patterns using goroutines and channels to optimize system performance.
• Collaborate with frontend teams, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Work on database design and queries (SQL/NoSQL) ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting for applications to ensure system health.
• Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and support CI/CD and deployment activities.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• Strong hands-on experience in Golang development with good understanding of Go routines, channels, and memory management.
• Experience in designing and building REST APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and backend development fundamentals.
• Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or Redis.
• Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.).
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment practices.
• Hands-on experience with logging and monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
• Experience with version control systems like Git and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
