Role Overview

We are looking for a Sr DevOps Engineer to support multiple products and environments at scale. This role will focus on operational efficiency, automation, and supporting global platform reliability.

Vijayawada (India)

Must Have

Strong experience with AWS (required); Azure and GCP a plus, with a cloud-agnostic mindset
Solid database operations experience (backup/restore, replication, performance tuning, access management)
Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools
CI/CD pipeline experience (GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps)
Strong experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/Fargate)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, CloudWatch)
Exposure to security tooling (WAF, SIEM, vulnerability management)
Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash)
Experience in production operations (incident response, on-call, RCA)
Strong understanding of networking, security, and system design
Ability to support multiple SaaS products and environments

Nice to Have

Multi-cloud or hybrid architecture experience
Cost optimization and performance tuning
Experience supporting global deployments
Jira / Confluence experience
Experience supporting multiple products and environments at scale
Experience with Okta, including workflows, application integrations, SSO/MFA, lifecycle management, and identity automation
Strong focus on automation, efficiency, and cost optimization
Ability to handle high-volume operational workloads
Strong collaboration with global teams
