Project Manager & Analyst — Mid-Level (Remote, South America) Full Time Contract

ABOUT THE ROLE

Medcase is a global staffing platform that connects healthcare professionals with medical AI projects for some of the world’s leading health AI organizations. As a Project Manager & Analyst, you will own project execution across our operations — translating data into decisions, managing cross-functional workflows, and keeping clients and leadership aligned in a remote-first environment across multiple time zones.

We are looking for someone with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in project management, business analysis, or management consulting — not a senior or director-level profile. This role is designed for someone who wants to grow within a fast-moving healthtech environment, take real ownership from day one, and contribute directly to operational execution and cross-functional coordination.

This is a high-visibility role in a lean team. You will see the full picture, move fast, and have direct impact on how Medcase scales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead cross-functional projects end to end — scoping, timelines, delivery, and stakeholder
• communication
• Build and maintain dashboards that give real-time visibility into project health and KPIs
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and design scalable solutions
• Translate complex data into executive-ready summaries and presentations
• Collaborate with medical recruiters to support placement operations across global time zones

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3–5 years in project management, business analysis, or management consulting
• Comfortable with SQL, Google Sheets, AppScript, and BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, or PowerBI)
• Proficient in PM software (Notion, Slack) and CRM platforms (Odoo, Salesforce, or HubSpot)
• Agile methodologies — practiced, not just familiar
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience in HealthTech or SaaS is a strong plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Healthcare Admin, or related field — or equivalent

• This is a mid-level position. Candidates with 8 or more years of experience are unlikely to be a match for the scope and compensation of this role.
