We build products that help businesses move faster, convert better, and deliver smarter customer experiences — and we're now looking for a Product Experience Manager to help shape the next generation of our platform ecosystem.
📍 Rhodes | Full-Time | In Office
💰 $95K–$120K + Super
The Role
This is a hybrid role sitting at the intersection of:
• Product Ownership
• UX/UI Design
• Customer Experience
• Product Optimisation
• Behavioural Insights & Analytics
• AI-Assisted Product Creation
This is not a traditional "designer" role, and it's not a purely administrative Product Owner position either.
You'll play a key role in shaping how our products look, feel, function and evolve — helping turn complex workflows into scalable, commercially effective customer experiences used by real businesses every day.
You'll work closely with leadership, developers, stakeholders and customers to help drive product direction, prioritisation and execution across the youX platform ecosystem.
This is a genuine ownership role for someone who enjoys solving problems, simplifying complexity, improving experiences and bringing ideas to life quickly.
What You'll Be Doing
Product Ownership & Strategy
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear product outcomes
• Help shape roadmap planning, feature prioritisation and optimisation initiatives
• Create and manage Jira tickets, product requirements and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders through planning, build, testing and release cycles
• Assist with rollout coordination and continuous product improvement initiatives
UX/UI & Customer Experience
• Design intuitive UX/UI experiences across web and mobile products
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and production-ready UI in Figma
• Simplify complex operational and finance workflows into scalable experiences
• Improve onboarding flows, usability and customer engagement across the platform
• Identify workflow friction and customer pain points through analytics, feedback and behavioural insights
Design System & Product Consistency
• Maintain and evolve the youX design system
• Ensure consistency across interfaces, interaction patterns and components
• Develop scalable, reusable standards that support rapid product delivery
• Support AI-assisted design and modern prototyping workflows
Product Analytics & Optimisation
• Monitor behavioural trends, workflow performance and customer engagement
• Analyse drop-off points, friction areas and conversion opportunities
• Use analytics and insights to recommend product improvements
• Contribute to data-driven optimisation initiatives across the platform ecosystem
Collaboration & Innovation
• Work closely with leadership, developers, product stakeholders and marketing
• Bring ideas and initiative beyond your direct brief
• Help create clarity where priorities or ownership may be evolving quickly
• Contribute to a fast-moving, collaborative and innovation-focused culture

You might come from:

Ideally, You'll Have
• 2–3+ years experience in UX/UI, Product Design, Product Experience, Product Ownership or similar roles
• Strong Figma skills and the ability to move from concept through to production-ready design
• Experience working closely with developers in agile environments
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence or product management tools
• Strong understanding of customer journeys, UX principles and scalable product thinking
• Experience using analytics and behavioural insights to improve product outcomes
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Curiosity around AI-assisted workflows, prototyping and modern product tooling
Bonus Points
• Experience in fintech, asset finance or financial services
• Experience managing or contributing to design systems
• Exposure to Hotjar, GA4, Mixpanel, Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics tools
• Experience with low-code or AI-assisted product tooling
• Familiarity with API-driven platforms or integration products
