In Argentina within the Technology industry, we are actively seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to strengthen our team dedicated to designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and observability practices. Your mission will be to ensure the scalability and reliability of our platforms through automation and high-quality infrastructure standards.

This is you

Proven experience designing and building robust CI/CD pipelines.
Strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, or similar languages for automation.
Deep expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation.
Hands-on experience with container technologies including Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes (EC2, ECS/EKS).
Solid experience with AWS cloud environments and services (CloudFront, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, API Gateway, S3, Route 53, etc.).
Experience with continuous integration systems like GitLab and Bitbucket.
Experience with log management systems (Logstash, FluentD, Splunk, Sumo Logic, Graylog).
Proven ability to implement observability practices (logs, metrics, and monitoring) with tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, and Grafana.

Nice-to-have skills:

Experience implementing and operating GitOps tools such as ArgoCD, FluxCD, and Helm Charts.
Experience designing and implementing event-driven architectures with messaging services like SQS, SNS, and Kafka.
Knowledge of security compliance and audit requirements in cloud environments.

This is your role

Implement and automate CI/CD processes to build and deploy applications across multiple environments and platforms.
Design and maintain the templates, scripts, and tools required to enforce DevOps best practices across the organization.
Act as a technical gatekeeper within the release and version management process, providing support throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with IT and Security teams to manage and mitigate risks and compliance issues.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to accelerate pipeline efficiency and deployment frequency.
Implement continuous monitoring and measurement workflows to identify infrastructure gaps and propose data-driven improvements.
Deliver high-quality implementations into production infrastructure with a high sense of accountability.
